A large road construction project will be taking place at Potawatomi State Park through fall 2026 that will affect availability of park roads and access to facilities in the south end of the park. Reason: maintenance.
Twelve hundred acres of rolling upland over Sturgeon Bay, edged with steep slope and limestone cliff. Named for the Bo-De-Wad-Me, keepers of the fire; the Daisy Field campground holds 123 sites, 40 of them wired, and a cabin for wheelchair users.
