Interstate SP Water Systems Notice (Beginning Oct. 12, 2026)
Beginning Oct. 12, 2026, water systems at Interstate will be shut down for the season. Water is available at the Pothole Trail overflow lot and when the Ice Age Interpretive Center is open. The dump station is open for dumping only until late November. Reason: weather conditions.

Interstate Park entrance fee

$13 per vehicle — A vehicle admission sticker is required. Daily vehicle admission $13 with Wisconsin plates ($16 out-of-state), $3 for Wisconsin residents 65 and older; 12-month pass $28 / $50. Rates effective Aug. 19, 2025.

About Interstate Park

Set aside in 1900, the first ground Wisconsin kept as a park, above the gorge the St. Croix cut through the Dalles. There are two campgrounds and a group camp left primitive; the Ice Age Interpretive Center covers the glacial history behind it.
