About Brunet Island State Park

Thirteen hundred acres where the Fisher runs into the Chippewa, with still lagoons and channels made for a canoe. One campground has power and a shower building, the other puts 45 sites along the river; the Old Abe State Trail starts here.

$13 per vehicle — A vehicle admission sticker is required. Daily vehicle admission $13 with Wisconsin plates ($16 out-of-state), $3 for Wisconsin residents 65 and older; 12-month pass $28 / $50. Rates effective Aug. 19, 2025.
