About Tumalo State Park

A campground along the Deschutes River four miles north of Bend, with 23 full-hookup sites, 54 tent sites and seven yurts. Anglers cast for rainbow trout at dawn and dusk, and the river cools everyone else on hot summer days.

$10–$12 per vehicle — Day-use parking permit: $10 per day for Oregon residents, $12 non-resident; $60 for a 12-month permit ($75 non-resident). No permit needed if you walk, bike or are dropped off, or if you are camping in the park.
