Several thousand climbing routes, more than a thousand of them bolted, above a deep river canyon east of Redmond. Miles of hiking and mountain biking trails cross the park, and a walk-in bivouac area serves tents from early spring to late autumn.

$10–$12 per vehicle — Day-use parking permit: $10 per day for Oregon residents, $12 non-resident; $60 for a 12-month permit ($75 non-resident). No permit needed if you walk, bike or are dropped off, or if you are camping in the park.
