Posted Jan 1, 2023 - Tolovana Beach State Recreation Site is a day-use only park. No overnight occupancy is allowed. The park is closed from sunset to sunrise.
Ocean front at the south end of Cannon Beach, a place to fly a kite, build a sandcastle or watch the sunset. Haystack Rock — a 235-foot basalt sea stack with tidepools and nesting tufted puffins — stands less than a mile north.

$10–$12 per vehicle — Day-use parking permit: $10 per day for Oregon residents, $12 non-resident; $60 for a 12-month permit ($75 non-resident). No permit needed if you walk, bike or are dropped off, or if you are camping in the park.
