Oregon State Scenic Area
A steep 0.3-mile trail drops to the base of a two-tier, 120-foot waterfall that ducks under the 1914 highway bridge. A half-mile paved overlook loop takes in the Columbia River, past remnants of the lumber mill that once stood here.
$10–$12 per vehicle — Day-use parking permit: $10 per day for Oregon residents, $12 non-resident; $60 for a 12-month permit ($75 non-resident). No permit needed if you walk, bike or are dropped off, or if you are camping in the park.
