140 wooded campsites four miles from the Helderberg Escarpment, within Thacher State Park. A sandy beach, mixed hardwood and conifer forest, limestone outcrops and open field surround them.
$7 per vehicle — Vehicle Entrance Fee: $7 per car
Park is open for day use year round.
2026 Camping Season: A Loop open 5/1 - 10/12. B Loop open 5/22 - 9/7.
