⚠️ Blue Mound SP Swimming Pool and Splash Pad Notice
The Blue Mound State Park pool and splash pad is open daily through Sunday, Aug. 30. The pool will be closed Mon.-Fri., Aug. 31-Sept. 4, and then reopen for Labor Day weekend (Sat.-Mon., Sept. 5-7). For 2026 operating dates and hours. Reason: weather conditions.
Nothing in southern Wisconsin stands higher, and there is a swimming pool at the top of it. Twenty-odd miles of hiking, off-road bike and ski trail spread out from a year-round campground, with bike-in sites where the Military Ridge State Trail comes past.
