About Kam Wah Chung State Heritage Site
A Chinese medical clinic, general store, community centre and residence, built around 1866 and home from 1888 to Ing “Doc” Hay and Lung On. For more than 60 years it was the social, medical and religious centre of Oregon's Chinese community, and it is now a National Historic Landmark.
