Posted May 19, 2022 - A section of beach at the Camp Rilea Armed Forces Training Center, south of Fort Stevens State Park, is periodically closed for military training. Closures are posted on the Camp Rilea website.

Fort Stevens State Park entrance fee

$10–$12 per vehicle — Day-use parking permit: $10 per day for Oregon residents, $12 non-resident; $60 for a 12-month permit ($75 non-resident). No permit needed if you walk, bike or are dropped off, or if you are camping in the park.

About Fort Stevens State Park

One of the nation's largest public campgrounds, on the site of a fort that guarded the mouth of the Columbia for 84 years, from the Civil War to the Second World War. Coffenbury Lake, 15 miles of multi-use trails, a disc golf course and a historic shipwreck fill 4,300 acres.
