About Darlingtonia State Natural Site

The only Oregon state park dedicated to protecting a single plant species, and the only carnivorous one in the system. A boardwalk runs out into the fen where Darlingtonia californica — the cobra lily — traps insects in hooded, 10-to-20-inch tubes.
