The entire Lime Kiln and Indian Mound Trails, and a section of Red Bird Trail will be closed from Oct. 5 through Nov. 15, 2026 for trail rehabilitation. Reason: maintenance.

Perrot SP Tank Creek Bridge on the Great River State Trail Closed
The bridge over Tank Creek on the Great River State Trail (approximately 6.5 miles east of Perrot State Park) is closed until further notice due to damage from a fire on the bridge.

The Black Trail at Whitefish Dunes State Park will be closed beginning Monday, Oct. 26, 2026 for resurfacing work. This closure will last through late November.
