About Point of Rocks Stage Station State Historic Site
Ben Holladay moved his stagecoach line south onto the Overland Trail in 1862 after raids on the South Pass route, and this station was built to serve it. The unstaffed site off I-80 exit 130 keeps its historic buildings and interpretive signs.
