About Chief White Crane Recreation Area
With 146 campsites plus ten cabins west of Yankton, this area is built for big gatherings, close to Lewis & Clark and Pierson Ranch. In winter the roads close to cars for the bald eagles, so walk in and watch them from a respectful distance.
