About Crissey Field State Recreation Site

Forty acres of sandy beach, wetlands and mature trees between the California border and the Winchuck River. The Welcome Center is warmed and cooled by the ground and its solar panels send as much as 20,000 kilowatt hours a year to the local co-op.
