About Fremont Lakes State Recreation Area
Twenty sandpit lakes west of Fremont, two open to powerboats and the rest to non-powered craft and trolling motors. A 2.3-mile wheelchair-accessible loop and a nine-hole disc golf course round out an easy family stop.
