Missouri State Historic Site
The first seat of Missouri's government, in the heart of historic St. Charles a stone's throw from the Missouri River and the Katy Trail. Rough-hewn timbers and dark wood floors survive from the state's first legislature; tours run daily on the hour.
April through October: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Saturday: Noon to 4 p.m., Sunday
November and December: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday: Noon to 4 p.m., Sunday: Closed Mondays
January and February: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday: Closed Sundays and Mondays
March: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday: Noon to 4 p.m., Sunday: Closed Mondays
