Posted Jul 1, 2026 - Camping will be closed in from September 15th, 2026 to June 15th, 2027 due to the water lines being replaced through the whole park. During construction, the day use facilities will be intermediately available. Because of the nature of the project, expect frequent changes and alerts on the website may be delayed. 2,748 acres on the seaward side of Chuckanut Mountain near Bellingham, with 8,100 feet of saltwater shoreline and postcard views of Samish Bay and the San Juans. Campsites are reservable up to nine months ahead for mid-May through mid-September.
