About Sand Bar State Park
Vermont's most visited day-use park stretches 2,000 feet of sand along Lake Champlain, with shallow water over a sandbar built by Lamoille River sediment. It adjoins the 1,000-acre Sand Bar Wildlife Refuge, and kayaks, canoes and SUPs rent on site.
