About Emerald Lake State Park
Water-filled pits from the 1804 Freedley and Sons Quarry recall the Dorset marble trade around this 430-acre park and its 20-acre Emerald Lake. Lean-tos and campsites line a wooded ridge above a small beach, and easy-to-moderate trails head into the woods.
