Lake Woodhaven Drained
Please be aware that Lake Woodhaven will be drained starting August 31st, 2026, for infrastructure updates. Access to the lake will remain open initially, but visitors should keep an eye on our channels if that will change during this draining. Thank you for your patience and understanding. If you have any questions, please contact the park office.

Ballfield, Ballfield Road and Parking Access Temporarily Closed
Due to construction in the area, the Ballfield, the road to the Ballfield, and parking access there are temporarily closed until further notice. Please note that this includes the bathrooms in that area, including the one with the Adult-Sized Changing Table. Thank you for your patience and understanding. If you have any questions, please contact the park office.

About Montgomery Bell State Park

3,850 acres of rolling hills, forest and quiet lakes at Burns, with miles of trail and the shore of Lake Acorn. Its course is one of nine on the Tennessee Golf Trail, and an inn, cabins and a campground sit alongside.
