A 290-acre lake operated by the Army Corps of Engineers, with boat launching and picnicking from the park side. Twenty-six miles of trail circle the water, and the mountain biking on them is better known than the park itself.
The park is open every day of the year, sunrise to sunset. Day use areas close at dusk.
