At the confluence of Big Poe and Penns creeks, which is a trout angler's paradise during the green drake hatch in June. The Mid State Trail runs through a 250-foot railroad tunnel here, and the campground is small and rustic.
The park is open every day of the year, sunrise to sunset. Day use areas close at dusk.
