A 52-acre lake set between two campgrounds on the side of Locust Mountain, in forest thick enough to screen one loop from the next. Known first and foremost as a camping park, with hiking and fishing filling out the days.
The park is open every day of the year, sunrise to sunset. Day use areas close at dusk.
