Oregon State Recreation Area
Six parks around a tree-lined reservoir: Winberry's two-lane ramp, swim dock and beach on the south side, three small day-use areas on the north, and North Shore's high- and low-water ramps. Cascara Campground adds 39 first-come sites with its own ramp and swim area.
$10–$12 per vehicle — Day-use parking permit: $10 per day for Oregon residents, $12 non-resident; $60 for a 12-month permit ($75 non-resident). No permit needed if you walk, bike or are dropped off, or if you are camping in the park.
