Big Bend Parking Gate: 7:00am – Sunset (weather permitting)
2026 Swimming Season: May 23rd through September 7th, daily 10:00am – 6:00pm (weather permitting)
2026 Camping Season: May 18th through November 1st (Loops B & E to close September 7th)

About Moreau Lake State Park
Hardwood forest, pine stands and rocky ridges around a lake, with shady picnic groves in sight of the water. Quiet wooded campgrounds add two full-service cottages and seven rustic cabins behind a sandy beach.

Nature Center: Mid-May to Mid-September: Open six days a week, 10am-3pm. Closed Wednesdays. Mid-September-Mid May: Open Thursday through Sunday, 10am-3pm. The nature center is also open for school vacations and at patron requests.
