About Cliffs of the Neuse State Park
Bluffs 90 feet over the Neuse River, their faces banded with sand, clay, seashells, shale, and gravel. An 11-acre lake adds seasonal swimming and paddling to the quiet creeks that once ran moonshine stills and cornmeal mills.
