Clark's Hill/Norton State Historic Site

About Clark's Hill/Norton State Historic Site

The Lewis and Clark Expedition camped at the base of this hill from June 1 to 3, 1804, and William Clark climbed it to see the confluence of the Missouri and Osage rivers. A short trail passes two American Indian mounds to the same view.
