About Lake Maria State Park

Maple, basswood and oak on rough moraine — a surviving piece of the Big Woods that once ran across the south of the state. Seventeen sites, all carried a mile or two in from the car, plus log cabins reached on foot or skis; Blanding's turtles nest here.
