9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (November 1- March 31) Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Closed to motorized use for two weeks around Thanksgiving during firearms season.

About Wolf Den Run State Park
The largest network of off-road vehicle trails in Maryland, on 2,039 acres of old coal ground above the Potomac's North Branch where the bench-cut terraces are still visible. Motorized riding is by reservation; hikers, bikers and hunters need none.
