About Maudslay State Park
Newburyport's old 19th-century gardens give way to rolling meadows, tall pines and one of Massachusetts' biggest wild mountain laurel groves. Sixteen miles of paths cross field and forest, and from late spring the rhododendrons, azaleas and flowering trees come into bloom.
