About Hearst San Simeon State Historical Monument
Hearst Castle: the estate William Randolph Hearst and architect Julia Morgan built above San Simeon, with a 115-room main house, three guesthouses, two pools and 127 acres of terraces and gardens. It is an accredited art museum, seen by guided tour.
